Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
Author Guidelines
Authors should prepare and submit their manuscript using the Standard LaTeX Template available HERE. It is not mandatory to submit the LaTeX version during the initial phase. However, once the paper is accepted, LaTeX version of the paper is required for the final publication. Hence, it is strongly encouraged to submit the LaTeX version from the very beginning.
Later on, for final publication, all the required LaTeX source files and image files should be submitted in zipped format along with the pdf output. Manuscripts not adhering to the mentioned format will not be entertained any further.
Important!!! Since a blind review will be conducted, please ensure that you submit 2 different PDF versions of your article:
For blind review: with all the author information removed from the contents of the file as well as the file properties.
For editorial purposes: with actual author information.
You also have to submit either the entire LaTeX source files in zipped format or Microsoft version of your article for further copyediting purposes.
Copyright Notice
If accepted for presentation at the conference, I hereby transfer the copyright of this paper to the Institute of Engineering for publication in the conference proceedings.
