The process of submitting papers and reviewing have been automated. Papers can be submitted online only. You have to first register as a presenting author before submitting your paper. On Successful online registration, you will be assigned a unique user ID which shall be used to log in. If you register as a presenting author, you can submit/download different versions of your paper by logging in. In addition, you will also know the status of your paper.
The papers need to be prepared using the Standard LaTeX template, producing a pdf output like this example. The authors have to submit the compiled pdf file as well as the LaTeX source files in zipped format.
The submitted papers will first undergo a review process. It is not necessary that all the papers submitted initially will be accepted for presentation in the conference. The reviewers and the conference committee's decision will be final whether to reject or accept a paper for either oral or poster presentation.
In case a paper is accepted for oral presentation, a presentation slide for the oral presentation needs to be prepared using the standard PowerPoint template and uploaded by logging in.
Similarly, for poster presentation, a poster of size A0 (landscape orientation) or size 48"x36" (WxH) needs to be submitted before the actual conference. Guidelines for Poster composition will be available soon.
